Pre-Order & Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
Pre-Order items will have the option to Pay in Full or pay a Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD) at checkout. You will be charged for whichever option you select upon purchase.
Special Request Items cannot be cancelled. Otherwise, pre-order cancellations are available for 5 days after placing an order.
Pre-order release dates are estimated by the supplier and are subject to change.
If pre-ordered items are purchased with in-stock items, your order will ship when all items you have ordered are in stock. We suggest you place separate orders for items with big differences in shipping dates.
Hyperdrive reserves the right to cancel and refund upon any shipment issues from the supplier.
$1 + Shipping Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD)
What is an NRD?
You may opt to pay a non-refundable deposit (NRD) in order to reserve a pre-order. The NRD means that you're on the hook to pay that deposit amount even if you cancel your order.
How the NRD works
- The NRD amount is displayed above the Pre-Order button. NRDs are $1 + shipping cost (calculated at checkout).
- Due to Shopify checkout limitations, you will be required to pay any applicable shipping and taxes along with your NRD.
- 5-day grace period: If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, then you may cancel your order without penalty just as long as it is within 5 days of placing that order. Any Hyper Points or gift cards used should be returned to the account automatically.
- After the grace period, you will be billed for the remaining balance that will be due when the item arrives at Hyperdrive.
- NRDs cannot be transferred if your order is canceled, for any reason.
- NRDs cannot be reinstated and placed on a different order.
- NRDs will be refunded to items which are cancelled by the manufacturer or have been delayed at minimum 6 months past the original estimated arrival month.
