Thank you for allowing us to serve you in your hobby needs. It is our mission to provide the best quality and service that we would expect ourselves when choosing a shop to buy from. 

We are collectors as well and know how important quality is for not only box openers but in-box collectors as well! While we can't guarantee the most pristine box available, we'll do our best to work with our suppliers on any mishaps from vendors before shipping your order.

Some items such as Hasbro action figures, will have options on their product page for you to select whether you are a box opener or an in-box collector. This will help us identify who would be ok with any box defects and give the inbox fans a better chance at a mint box :)
