Refund policy

Returns are valid within 7 days of you receiving your order via the delivery date:

1) Damages due to shipping or Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products will be provided a free return label.

2) A buyer that wishes to return items for any other reason than stated above will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be returned unopened and without damage in the same condition in which they were received. Once an RMA is issued and the item, or items, are returned, a refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt.

Items NOT eligible for returns: 

- Any FINAL Sale items, such as in stock Funko PoPs, listed with specific item pictures (non-stock photos)

- Special Order Requests

- Trading Card Games 

- "Chance of Chase" or Rare variant items where receiving such a variant is not guaranteed.
