Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders:

• You will be charged for pre-ordered items upon purchase.
• Special Request Items cannot be cancelled.
• Otherwise, cancellations are available up to 7 days after placing an order and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. 
• Pre-order release dates are estimated by the supplier and are subject to change. 
• If pre-ordered items are purchased with in-stock items, your order will ship when all items you have ordered are in stock. We suggest you place separate orders for items with big differences in shipping dates. 
• Hyperdrive reserves the right to cancel and refund upon any shipment issues from the supplier.
