Mystery Box Policy

By purchasing a Hyperdrive Mystery Box, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Hyperdrive Mystery Box events are limited time sales events that will have a defined start and end date, generally 6 days in length. All boxes must be purchased for the event to proceed. Your payment method will NOT be charged until the end of the event if and only all boxes are purchased.
2. This is not a raffle. Everyone will receive an item but just know the odds are not in your favor. All "hits" will be advertised on the product page. Remaining boxes will be filled with newer and older exclusives and commons.
3. To be VERY transparent: The odds of you getting a “hit” is much less than getting an item below value paid. If you have been in the mystery box community for some time weʼre sure you are accustomed to this, but we just want to state it clearly.
   
4. Mystery Boxes are limited to 1 (one) per transaction as all boxes will be packaged and shuffled before any shipping labels are printed. We will not combine orders to save on shipping to keep the nature of the mystery intact. We will do everything in our power to make this as random as possible.
5. We encourage any winner to show off their big win on social media and help create excitement.
6. For Funko events, each standard sized pop will include protectors. As always, we will ship and handle every item with care.
