• Due to Shopify checkout limitations, you will be required to pay any applicable shipping and taxes along with your NRD. 
• 5-day grace period: If you disagree with the terms of this agreement, then you may cancel your order without penalty just as long as it is within 5 days of placing that order. Any Hyper Points or gift cards used should be returned to the account automatically. 
• After the grace period, you will be billed $13.99 + any applicable taxes for the remaining balance that will be due when the item arrives at Hyperdrive. 
  
• NRDs cannot be transferred if your order is canceled, for any reason.
• NRDs cannot be reinstated and placed on a different order.
• NRDs will be refunded to items which are cancelled by the manufacturer or have been delayed at minimum 6 months past the original estimated arrival month.
